Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead HVAC Foreman position include: 10+ years of commercial HVAC foreman experience required. Comfortable leading field crews and coordinating with contractors/subcontractors. Experience across hospitality, restaurants, retail, healthcare, multifamily, industrial, and/or lab projects. Oversee approximately 6 internal employees plus subcontractors on larger, multiple concurrent projects. Strong hands-on background with VRF systems, RTUs, boilers, chillers, pumps, piping/copper brazing, sheet metal, ductwork, controls, insulation, and power reconnects. Must be able to travel within an approximately 100-mile radius, with possible overnight stays. Class A HVAC license required.

Salary:

$40 - $50 per hour.
