Key Requirement (Language) Fluency in English is required (must be able to teach and communicate effectively in English) Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Responsibilities Teach theory and hands-on applications Prepare students for real-world electrical careers Maintain an engaging, supportive, and professional classroom environment Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback Follow industry standards and safety regulations Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the electrical/ HVAC trade/construction Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for education and student success Licenses & Certifications (Preferred) Journeyman or Master Electrician license (local or county-issued)/ HVAC NCCER Electrical certification and/or NCCER Instructor Certification/ or

NCCER HVAC

certification OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour (Construction) EPA Certifications for HVAC Only Minimum of 5 years of hands-on trade experience Schedule & Availability Morning, evening, and weekend classes available Monday through Saturday Flexibility to teach one or more time slots is a plus
