Ella Runey Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a HVAC Engineer to support a company focused on advanced training systems and mission-critical engineering solutions for the Department of Defense and U.S. Navy. This position is on-site in Orlando, FL. The HVAC Engineer will support the design, analysis, and testing of complex chilled-water and forced-air HVAC systems for a large-scale, fleet-representative training environment. Join a long-term program supporting critical military readiness while helping develop advanced engineering capabilities across multiple organizations. Responsibilities for the HVAC Engineer include:
  • Design and support testing of chilled-water HVAC systems for complex training environments.
  • Develop, review, and modify HVAC system designs utilizing SolidWorks and/or Revit.
  • Support hydronic cooling, forced-air distribution, and HVAC system validation activities.
  • Coordinate HVAC requirements and designs with mechanical, electrical, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Analyze system performance, recommend design improvements, and provide technical expertise throughout the design and testing lifecycle.
