UPC, IPC, IBC, ASPE
standards, LEED Water Efficiency, TDSHS, FGI, and NFPA. Experience designing a variety of building types, which may include offices, hotels, data centers, laboratories, high-rise buildings, and other technically complex facilities. Proficiency in Revit for developing design drawings and 3D models of plumbing and piping systems preferred. Ability to deliver high-quality work within established schedules and budgets. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment. Excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting. Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges. Working knowledge of Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and Navisworks.Other / Preferred
Qualifications Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred, orASPE CPD
(Certified in Plumbing Design) in the U.S. Strong foundation in plumbing engineering fundamentals. LEED AP or WELL accreditation. - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Chicago is $102,000
