This role is responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for building occupants. Key Responsibilities Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Perform preventive maintenance on chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, and related equipment Monitor building automation and energy management systems Conduct facility inspections and complete general building repairs Support fire and life safety systems and emergency response activities Document maintenance activities and communicate issues to management Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Trade school or apprenticeship training preferred 5+ years of experience operating and maintaining commercial building systems Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment Relevant trade licenses and EPA certifications preferred, based on location Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Valid driver's license, if required Schedule This is a full-time position that may require overtime, shift work, weekends, and on-call support to respond to building or emergency needs.
