Service Salesperson

• HVAC & Plumbing Services A growing mechanical contractor is looking to add an experienced Service Salesperson to its team.

This role will focus on developing and maintaining client relationships while driving service, maintenance, and replacement work across HVAC and plumbing systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an existing network in the market who understands how to identify opportunities, build long-term relationships, and generate recurring service revenue. Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities for HVAC and plumbing service agreements. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships. Generate opportunities for change-outs, retrofits, repairs, and preventative maintenance contracts. Meet with facility managers, property managers, healthcare clients, commercial building owners, and other key decision makers. Work closely with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Manage sales pipeline and forecast future business opportunities. Requirements Proven experience selling HVAC and/or plumbing services. Existing relationships and industry contacts preferred. Mechanical construction or service background strongly preferred. Strong understanding of service agreements, maintenance programs, and equipment replacements. Excellent communication and business development skills.
