Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) seeks a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to enhance reliability and uptime across commercial real estate and critical facilities. You will analyze asset performance data, lead root cause analysis, and develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Partner with facility management, vendors, and project teams to implement reliability-centered maintenance, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime, optimize lifecycle costs, support energy efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across a diverse portfolio.
