(JLL) seeks a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to enhance reliability and uptime across commercial real estate and critical facilities. You will analyze asset performance data, lead root cause analysis, and develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Partner with facility management, vendors, and project teams to implement reliability-centered maintenance, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime, optimize lifecycle costs, support energy efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across a diverse portfolio. Responsibilities Analyze asset reliability and maintenance data for commercial buildings and critical facilities Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies Lead root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions Support implementation of reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement projects Collaborate with facility managers, engineers, and vendors on asset management plans Standardize maintenance procedures, PM schedules, and technical documentation Monitor KPIs such as uptime, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance cost performance Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and asset lifecycle performance Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Support capital planning and modernization decisions based on asset condition and risk Required Skills Reliability engineering Preventive and predictive maintenance Root cause analysis (RCA) Reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
