As a Operating Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting day-to-day building performance across assigned properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical maintenance experience, a strong commitment to safety and compliance, and the ability to use CMMS tools to keep systems running reliably.

Pay Range:
$30 to $32/hr What's the Job? Perform hands-on maintenance, monitoring, and minor repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to keep facilities operating at applicable standards Conduct preventive maintenance on building equipment, including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimum performance levels Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation of building systems throughout assigned properties Review monthly client service request summaries to identify and address recurrent operational problems proactively Monitor and evaluate the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors and vendors to ensure competitive value What's Needed? High school diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of experience in the building maintenance industry Working knowledge and proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, diagrams, and schedules in various formats Ability to work in less-than-ideal working conditions as required by maintenance and repair activities What's in it for me?
