Job Description

Selmet, a PCC Structurals company, is seeking a Plant Facilities Engineer to support our titanium casting operations for aerospace and defense customers. In this role, you will own the reliability, improvement, and compliance of plant facilities, building systems, and utilities in a high precision manufacturing environment. You will lead preventative maintenance, capital upgrades, and contractor management while driving root cause problem solving, safety, and lean improvements in close collaboration with operations, maintenance, and EHS teams. Responsibilities Lead maintenance and reliability of plant facilities, utilities, and building systems to support titanium casting production. Plan and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment. Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors for facility upgrades, repairs, and capital projects. Troubleshoot facility and equipment issues, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all facility operations. Support layout changes, equipment installations, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and capacity. Develop and manage facility budgets, maintenance records, and asset documentation. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and EHS to support continuous improvement and lean initiatives. Implement and sustain 5 S and reliability best practices within plant facilities. Provide technical guidance to maintenance staff and participate in on-call support as needed.
