Commercial HVAC Superintendent | Hurricane, UT | Full-TimeOur mission is to provide our customer with the utmost quality design, fabrication, installation, and servicing of a complete commercial or industrial building system for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).We have set the following objectives to accomplish our goals:
Maintain the highest level of design and engineering possible.
Adopt and establish training programs, to ensure quality products are being put into action, throughout the fabrication and installation process.
Maintain the training of our technicians, so we can continue to gain knowledge in the industry, which will keep us aware and focused on service, maintenance, and installation of HVAC systems.
Hire, develop, and retain employees who are committed to our goals and customer satisfaction.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to oversee and manage HVAC projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in construction management.
ResponsibilitiesManage HVAC projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality controlSupervise HVAC technicians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and meets project requirementsConduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with OSHA regulationsProvide technical expertise in troubleshooting HVAC systems and resolving complex issuesRequirementsProven experience in HVAC project management and supervision (3-5+ years of leadership and project oversight, with 5-10+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience)Strong knowledge of construction management principlesFamiliarity with quality control processes in HVAC installationsAbility to interpret blueprints and technical specificationsExcellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively
