This is a permanent position with a well-established manufacturer where you'll receive on the job training from industry experts and can step up into a Team Leader position in the long term. The business is growing with new contracts and projects, offering long-term stability and technical variety. You'll join a small on-site team and will be responsible for keeping production running through effective troubleshooting and maintenance support.

Based in Newport News, This role suits a would suit someone who is looking for a night based role where you will build deep site knowledge, and develop into leadership over time as the team and business continue to grow.

The Role:

Production support and breakdown troubleshooting Working on high end special purpose machinery Night shift pattern: 6:00pm - 6:00am (overtime available)

Industrial maintenance / engineering background Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience PLC troubleshooting experience
