Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building systems. Work with pumps, compressors, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units (AHUs), and rooftop units (RTUs). Support HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, and mechanical systems. Complete preventive maintenance and respond to emergency repairs as needed. Ensure building systems operate safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

4-5+ years of HVAC experience working in commercial, industrial or healthcare. Universal CFC/EPA Certification is preferred. Ability to work independently and on an overnight schedule. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Must meet hospital vaccination requirements prior to starting.

Ankush Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
