Assemble, inspect, and test wire harnesses and cable assemblies . Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and work instructions. Conduct functional testing, continuity testing, and basic electrical verification of assemblies. Support electronics troubleshooting, repair, and rework activities as needed. Document test results, assembly issues, nonconformances, and repair actions. Use common electronics tools and equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, soldering stations, crimp tools, and test fixtures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve assembly or test issues. Required Qualifications Experience with surface-mount device soldering and electronic assembly. Experience with wire harness assembly and testing . Good computer skills, including the ability to use common office software, test software, data entry systems, and digital work instructions. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team. Preferred Qualifications IPC certification within the last 4 years, especially:

J-STD-001 IPC/WHMA-A-620 IPC-7711/7721

Current IPC certification preferred; certification renewal is typically required every 2 years. Electronics troubleshooting experience at the component, board, harness, or system level. Experience using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, and multimeters. Experience working in a production, prototype, defense, aerospace, automotive, or engineering lab environment. Desired Skills and Attributes Strong manual dexterity and fine-detail workmanship.
