Proficiency in general computer skills and data analysis software is essential. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair PC hardware, software, and specialized test equipment. Leverage data analysis software to document and analyze test results. Adapt to shifting priorities and execute complex directives efficiently. Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet deadlines. Proactively solve technical issues to prevent recurring faults. Qualifications Mid-level experience in computer and software troubleshooting. Proficiency in data analysis software for tracking and reporting. Solid general computer operating knowledge and basic networking skills. Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions accurately. Experience with coding is a plus.
