MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HAEGER OR AUTOSERT HARDWARE INSTALLATION EQUIPMENT. ROLE

You will install hardware using our Haeger, and Auto-sert machines in one of our two hardware departments. Depending on skill level, you'll either setup your own machines or have your lead set up your machine. You'll need to be quick. You'll also must have attention to detail ensuring no hardware is missing, and all hardware installed is done so properly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate hardware machine. PEM Hardware (inserts) installation. Install hardware per direction provided by the traveler, the drawing, work instructions, or the lead. Ensure all hardware you install is installed properly, no hardware is missing, and no hardware is installed in incorrect locations. Keep your work area clean and organized Interact with our ERP system correctly (punching in and out of jobs) As with all who work at Inland, help your fellow departments when they get in trouble

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience in this position preferred. Experience in the metal manufacturing environment very preferred Knowledge of basic hand tools and measuring equipment required Ability to read blueprints preferred Must be a well-organized, results driven, energetic team player Must be a self-starter and able to execute job tasks as directed Physical strength to repeatedly lift and carry 25 lbs.
