IDR is seeking a Assembly, Integration & Test Lead (IPT) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, CO. This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams through complex hardware assembly, integration, testing, and verification processes within the aerospace industry, focusing on high-reliability space hardware. Position Overview for the Assembly, Integration & Test Lead (IPT): Lead integration, verification, and testing activities for aerospace hardware programs. Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure build, checkout, and anomaly resolution. Write and approve test procedures, verification reports, and readiness documentation. Communicate testing status, risks, and recovery plans to technical teams and leadership. Ensure compliance with configuration control, safety, quality, and hardware handling standards. Requirements for the Assembly, Integration & Test Lead (IPT): Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of experience in assembly, integration, test, verification, or systems testing for complex hardware, especially aerospace hardware. Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams through hardware build and test phases. Experience writing or approving integration/test procedures, verification reports, and readiness packages. Strong knowledge of environmental/test verification such as thermal/vacuum, vibration, electrical, optical, and interface testing. $131,000-$220,000 #
