IDR is seeking a Assembly, Integration, and Test IPT (QRF) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville. This role offers the chance to work within a leading organization in the aerospace industry, focusing on the assembly, integration, and testing of high-reliability hardware.

Position Overview for the Assembly, Integration, and Test IPT (QRF):

Responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams through build, checkout, and anomaly resolution processes for complex aerospace hardware.

Develop, review, and approve integration/test procedures, verification reports, and readiness packages.

Support environmental and system verification activities such as thermal/vacuum, vibration, and optical tests.

Ensure compliance with configuration control, safety, quality standards, and hardware handling procedures.

Communicate test status, risks, and recovery plans effectively to technical teams and program leadership.

Requirements for the Assembly, Integration, and Test IPT (QRF):

Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

8+ years of experience in assembly, integration, test, verification, or systems test for complex hardware.

Experience with aerospace hardware integration, environmental testing, and high-reliability hardware delivery.

Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary integration/test teams through build, checkout, anomaly resolution, and delivery.

Strong knowledge of configuration control, test discipline, safety, quality, and hardware handling.
