Internship - Unit Test Engineer

Job Description

Program Transfer:
Work with R D Test to transfer test programs and hardware for qualification and production
Test Development:
Assist in creating, debugging, validating, and releasing test programs integrated with ATE and test hardware
Hardware Design:
Support design and development of test hardware using Cadence Allegro templates and component libraries
Sustaining Support:
Act as first-line engineering support for operators to resolve issues with test systems, fixtures, and burn-in hardware
Documentation:
Review and update test documentation to ensure accuracy and corporate compliance
Optimization:
Contribute to test method improvements and platform transfers to reduce cost and improve quality
Lab Work:
Perform hands-on electrical measurements and equipment bring-up with oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other lab instruments
Education:
Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering Test Knowledge:
Familiarity or strong interest in mixed-signal IC test development and ATE such as Teradyne ETS-364
Programming:
Experience or coursework in C/C++ or VBA for test automation and data handling
PCB Skills:
Willingness to learn Cadence Allegro or prior exposure to PCB layout tools
Circuit Fundamentals:
Basic understanding of analog/digital circuits and power device behavior
Lab Experience:
Hands-on coursework or project experience with oscilloscopes, signal generators, or spectrum analyzers
Soft Skills:
Strong problem solving, teamwork orientation, and clear verbal and written communication
