Germantown, MD Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop complex multilayer printed circuit boards for satellite communication products Create PCB layouts while collaborating closely with electrical, RF, mechanical, and manufacturing teams Support board bring-up, testing, validation, and production readiness activities Drive design optimization for signal integrity, manufacturability, reliability, and cost Participate in design reviews and support product development from concept through production

Qualifications:

5+ years of PCB design experience Proficiency with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, Mentor Graphics, or similar Experience with multilayer board layouts, component placement, and routing Familiarity with high-speed digital, RF, power, or mixed-signal designs Knowledge of PCB fabrication, assembly processes, DFM/DFT, and industry standards Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary engineering teams Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
