Salary Range:

Current Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license. At least two years of experience managing personal lines insurance accounts. Experience with Erie Insurance a plus. Strong command of agency management systems and carrier platforms. Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills. Deep understanding of local Maryland insurance market regulations. Prior experience with similar CRM tools is a plus. Responsibilities Review existing client policies to ensure their coverage aligns with their current life stage and needs. Provide expert advice on home, auto, and umbrella insurance options to help families find the right protection. Respond to client questions and resolve coverage concerns with patience and clarity. Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with every person you assist. Coordinate with various insurance carriers to secure competitive quotes and policy modifications. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and policy updates in our digital filing system.
