This role will work closely with hardware and software teams throughout the full development lifecycle. Responsibilities Design and implement FPGA-based DSP solutions, including FIR/IIR filters and signal-processing pipelines. Develop and integrate custom logic and third-party IP cores. Implement video/ISP processing, data conversion, and buffering. Perform timing analysis and timing closure. Develop FPGA build and verification automation using TCL. Create and execute verification plans and support hardware bring-up/debug. Optimize designs for performance, power, and resource utilization. Collaborate with hardware and software teams on system integration. Develop technical documentation and design specifications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of FPGA development experience. Strong proficiency in VHDL and Verilog. Experience with Xilinx and/or Intel (Altera) FPGA tools. Strong understanding and implementation of DSP algorithms, including FIR/IIR filters. Experience with FPGA timing constraints, simulation, and verification. Experience integrating third-party IP and FPGA SoC systems. Proficiency with TCL scripting and Git. Hands-on hardware debugging experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, or similar equipment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. DSP/ISP or video processing experience strongly preferred. Medical device development experience is a plus. #PEG2
