Engineering/Technical - Env., Health, and Safety Engineer#26-21930 Fairfield, OH Onsite Job Description Contract 6 months On Site

: Strong Leadership skills, needs a certification from the list that follows, be sure to highlight the certification in submission. Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist to provide on-the-floor EHS support at our manufacturing facility.

The primary responsibilities would include:

Conducting routine floor audits and safety observations. Supporting employee engagement and safety initiatives. Assisting with incident investigations and corrective action follow-up. Monitoring compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures. Providing guidance and coaching to operators, supervisors, and managers on EHS matters. Assisting with hazard identification and risk reduction activities. Supporting safety training and communication efforts as needed. Maintaining EHS documentation and assisting with compliance-related activities. We are seeking a candidate with demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment and strong working knowledge of: OSHA regulations and compliance requirements. Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs and machine safety. Fall Protection requirements and implementation. Dock safety, including pedestrian and powered industrial vehicle interactions. ISO 45001 and

ISO 14001

Management systems Emergency Response Programs, emergency preparedness, and incident management. Risk assessment and hazard identification methodologies. Incident investigation and corrective action processes. Employee safety engagement and behavior-based safety initiatives.
