Summary

As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes that drive consistent quality, safety, and operational excellence. This position contributes directly to achieving company goals and customer expectations by improving process efficiency, enhancing safety standards, and ensuring cost-effective production. Your work will support the advancement of operations through technical expertise, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities Develop and implement best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and product quality.

Create, maintain, and improve process documentation and operating instructions with a strong focus on safety.

Develop and maintain a robust quality manual aligned with API standards.

Provide technical process engineering support to the production team to enhance operations, safety, and environmental performance.

Identify and communicate current or potential operational issues to Department Managers and report findings that may impact costs, schedules, employees, or customers.

Participate in design reviews as required by management.

Develop and monitor KPIs for each production area to control inefficiencies and drive performance improvements.

Prepare detailed reports on findings and present insights to peers and management.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive intelligence, new products, market trends, and emerging technologies.

Support project engineers in estimating resource requirements for both new and existing products.

Adhere to all safety standards and safe work practices while promoting a culture of safety.

Follow company Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Standards at all times. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
