Job Description

Mystic Creek Golf Club , located in El Dorado, AR , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Pro Shop Attendant ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
THIS SHIFT WILL REQUIRE WEEKDAY MORNING AVAILABILITY
Performs opening and closing procedures for the shop Responsible for accountability of all Member and Guest sales transactions Make tee time reservations Assist with rotating merchandise inventory and keeping displays clean and orderly May work with guest services and club management to facilitate starting times and play on the golf course Assist as needed with member events and outside tournaments Continually monitor, implement and adhere to all company goals, policies, procedures and controls Assist with receiving merchandise Assist with maintaining proper inventory counts and levels Perform other duties as requested by the Head Professional Go the extra mile to provide the standard of service guests expect High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); and three months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Regular and Reliable attendance and transportation Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
