III JOB SUMMARY
Operates the organization's 24-hour pipeline system surveillance and flow control | Oversees pipeline operations planning function that includes outage coordination, capacity determination, volume planning and input into operating strategies | Operates the control room to ensure optimal use of the organization's transmission system

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Accountable for the for the Operations of Assigned unit with the ability to operate multiple units
Analyzes specifications and controls continuous operation of processing units to produce products, such as gasoline, kerosene, and fuel and lubricating oils
Reads processing schedules, operating logs, and laboratory recommendations to determine changes in equipment controls required to produce specified quantity and quality of product
Reports on any process or flow variances
Monitors process via console readings by reviewing all the different pipelines to ensure product is flowing without issue, Monitors for errors or alarms
May control activities of several processing units operated simulataneously
Qualified on 3 or more consoles
Continue to improve on skills and knowledge to move up level(s) within the role
Must successfully complete refresher training as required
