• Job Summary

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Oversee the safety of all operating equipment within the facility + Develop and train all staff in plant and emergency procedures + Handle the procurement of all repair parts for routine preventative, and emergency repairs + Develop and maintain relationships with vendors + Develop a plant wide Preventative maintenance schedule for all building, process equipment, and all plant utilities + Maintain the departmental budget with focus on parts, supplies and labor management + Assure compliance with all wastewater and emissions standards + Oversee outside contractors in the repairs and upkeep of plant equipment + Available for off-site, plants startups and special projects •

Preferred Qualifications:

• + Bachelor's degree in engineering or military experience is preferred + Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations + Ability to multi-task and establish priorities + Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment + Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership + Must be capable of reading electrical schematics, mechanical, and plumbing blue prints + Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook + Good working knowledge all aspects of plant maintenance to include but not limited to; Electrical, Boilers, Hydraulics, Compressed Air, Mechanical Equipment •Apply to ESFM Services today!
