Key Qualifications:

Current state Speech-Language Pathology license Valid SLP Educator Certificate Present IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience in school or preschool settings preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to balance a dynamic caseload (ranging from high evaluation to program service needs)

Your Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students aged preschool through early elementary, including specialized Child Find roles Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs Document progress and maintain data in compliance with district and state policies Consult with teachers and families, empowering them with strategies and insights Flexibly manage a caseload that may emphasize evaluations or direct therapy Stay current with best practices for child speech-language development and school-based service delivery
