What's the Job? Running the day-to-day operations of the technology platform (Informtica/Datastage). Identifying possible production issues, creating incident tickets, and communicating with development and business teams. Supporting incident, problem management, and release support activities. Monitoring application performance and troubleshooting technical issues. Collaborating with infrastructure and testing teams for releases and upgrades. What's Needed? 5+ years of relevant IT experience in Production Support, ITIL, or related fields. Proficiency with Informatica/Datastage, Splunk, Dynatrace, and scripting skills in Unix and Windows environments. Experience with Oracle, DB2, and PL/SQL query performance tuning. Knowledge of event-driven and schedule-driven batch processes. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. What's in it for me?
