Job Description
We are working with a global leader in assisted reproductive technology, providing innovative medical devices, laboratory products, equipment, and solutions that support fertility clinics and IVF laboratories around the world. They are seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to take a lead role in supplier qualification, audits, corrective actions, and ongoing supplier quality improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization where your work directly contributes to product quality, regulatory compliance, and technologies that support patients and families. The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer will: Lead supplier qualification, monitoring, and audit activities. Manage and facilitate the SCAR process, driving corrective actions and timely resolution. Partner with Purchasing on Supplier Quality Agreements. Conduct supplier risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze supplier quality data and report on quality metrics and trends. Facilitate resolution of raw material nonconformances. Participate in the Material Review Board (MRB). Train and mentor QA team members on supplier quality processes. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to resolve quality issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or another technical discipline, or equivalent experience. 5+ years' experience of Supplier Quality Engineering experience. Experience conducting supplier audits. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device/life sciences experience preferred.ISO 13485
Lead Auditor certification preferred. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
