Senior Level Salary:
$160,000 - $200,000 per year Job Details - Key Responsibilities Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for PCB and PCBA manufacturing processes Provide hands-on, real-time troubleshooting of manufacturing defects and process issues Partner directly with Production and Engineering teams on the manufacturing floor daily Analyze, diagnose, and disposition non-conformances and quality issues Drive improvements in yield, process stability, and overall product quality Serve as a technical authority on SMT processes andPCB/PCBA
manufacturing best practices Support continuous improvement initiatives across process, materials, and equipment Required Qualifications 8+ years of direct experience in SMT andPCB/PCBA
manufacturing environments Strong hands-on background inPCB/PCBA
production (not design-focused) Deep working knowledge of:IPC-A-610
(Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) andIPC-A-600
(Acceptability of Printed Boards) Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing defects in real time Experience working on the production floor in a highly technical capacity Strong understanding of process chemistry and materials involved inPCB/PCBA
manufacturing ITAR eligibility required; experience working in an ITAR-regulated environment is a strong plusPreferred Qualifications:

This is not a design role—it is a deeply technical, floor-facing position focused on the chemistry, processes, and real-time problem-solving within PCB and PCBA manufacturing. This individual will serve as a go-to expert and "do-er", working side-by-side with Production and Engineering teams to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive quality and yield improvements.
