You will bridge the gap between conceptual sales requirements and technical execution, ensuring that our control solutions meet rigorous performance standards and project timelines. Responsibilities Develop and refine electrical control system designs tailored to specific customer performance requirements. Translate project scopes into actionable engineering documentation, including detailed schematics and technical specifications. Collaborate cross-functionally to align design strategies with project deadlines and operational goals. Utilize AutoCAD to generate, modify, and maintain precise engineering drawings and templates. Analyze technical reports and test data to validate design integrity and ensure alignment with corporate quality standards. Support the sales department by providing technical expertise for project estimates and proposal development. Conduct inspections and surveillance for outsourced electrical components to ensure quality compliance. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. 3-5 years of professional experience in industrial control equipment design. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drafting. Proven experience designing control panels utilizing relay or PLC-based architectures. Working knowledge of industry codes and standards, including IEC, NEC, and NFPA. Excellent technical writing and documentation skills. Preferred Skills Demonstrated experience in programming and writing PLC control logic. Familiarity with plant process control and real-time monitoring systems. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced professional engineering environment.
