The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing product quality, and implementing innovative solutions. This position is full-time and will require working in person at the manufacturing facility in Clearwater Florida. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of tools, plastics, metals, electronics, and plumbing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems. Quality mindset with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
