Job Description

Ad-Vance Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Engineering Technician to support the installation, maintenance, repair, and improvement of manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom production environment.

Location:

Lakeland, FL Pay Rate:

$ 20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production equipment and tooling Assist with machine installations, commissioning, and equipment upgrades Support process and product improvement projects Conduct equipment calibrations and preventive maintenance Work with vendors and internal departments to support engineering objectives Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards Support manufacturing and facility operations as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma required Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in packaging or a related industry Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Packaging machine experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer applications Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
