• Manufacturing & Quality Systems What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Managing supplier quality performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives Conducting supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements Developing and implementing quality management system (QMS) processes across the supplier network Investigating and resolving supplier-related quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking Coordinating with engineering and operations teams to communicate quality expectations and specifications to suppliers Maintaining supplier scorecards and quality metrics to track performance trends Supporting the onboarding and qualification of new suppliers Leading or contributing to cross-functional supplier quality improvement projects What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 5-10 years of experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, or related quality engineering roles Demonstrated experience with quality management systems (QMS) and quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or
IATF 16949
