Plan, engr, dvlp, &improve plant productivity, product throughput, &worker safety using PFMEA, Six Sigma, 8Ds, Fishbone Diagram, DraftSight &AutoCAD tools, to improve machines, automot cmpt &mechatronic syss production lines (incl. workstn devices, workstns, ≺ogrammable logic controllers), mfg processes, &facilities. Analyze &improve OEE; evaluate, dsgn &optimize Value Stream; &implement Lessons Learned, during prod. of automot mechatronic seat syss incl. manual/pwr seat adjusters &seat structures, in high volume mfg plant environment. Dvlp &implement fixtures &gauges, PLC-based vision syss, sensors, &fastening eqpt dsgns applying Poka yoke principles to reduce NRFT &improve First Time Qlty &Qlty Rate percentage during cmpt prod. &assy. Bachelor, Industrial Engrg, Mechatronics Engrg, or related. 24 mos exp as Engr or related, dvlpg &improving plant productivity, product throughput, &worker safety using PFMEA, Six Sigma, &AutoCAD tools, to improve automot cmpt &mechatronic syss prod. lines (incl.
