Position Summary:
The Operational Lead for the Task Force Team (TFT) drives production stabilization and technical knowledge deployment across manufacturing and product engineering teams. This role is responsible for converting complex technical knowledge into standardized operational frameworks, resolving critical line excursions, and systematically building, scaling, and mentoring specialized engineering teams to achieve complete operational self-efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
Standardize each engineering team or/and review necessary operation area then provide standardization to the engineering team then apply those changes and make any improvement for future Production/Quality risk and assurance review and improvement DE management Provide guide to early stages of Sample and Production Train and develop future leaders and team members for success in the team's goals and for future opportunities Provide timely feedback on performance and maintain an environment that encourages initiative, creative thinking, and self-motivation Develop plans to attain yield and productivity goals Responsible for overall production results Maximize the production process to lower costs Work with the accounting team to create a budget and spending plan Approve expenditures for supplies, materials and vendor services Respond to customer requests and issues Budgeting, planning and utilizing needed human and material resources Manage consistent reporting and communication with President and Corporate Headquarters in South Korea Ensure compliance with workplace safety programs and timely distribution of safety alerts and incident reports Implement and oversee quality control programs and monitor the requirements and results for the monthly quality review meetings Develop plans to optimize the production conditions and utility usage rates Reduce waste through continuous improvement activities Practice conflict resolution among teams and employees Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3

Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container Conduct thorough and timely Layered Process Audits in appropriate work areas Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have minimum of Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering At least 15 years of experience in a managerial role in production, battery manufacturing and/or OEM. Must have knowledge of Lithium Ion Battery and production process. Must have understanding of chemical nature and process of battery.
Experience:
Must have over 10 years of experience in battery production in real life production operation scenario. Able to assess Production management schedule and standardize operational needs such as PFEMA.
