Sterling Heights, Michigan What you will be doing: Lead supplier development and quality initiatives across the supply base Drive APQP and PPAP processes to ensure successful product launches Work closely with suppliers to improve processes, reduce defects, and drive continuous improvement Conduct supplier audits, run-at-rate reviews, and support safe launch activities Partner with engineering, operations, and purchasing teams on new and existing programs Manage root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier-related issues Monitor supplier performance, KPIs, and ongoing quality metrics Support new supplier sourcing and development alongside the corporate purchasing team Travel to suppliers across Canada and the

Ohio, Michigan, Windsor, Hamilton, and Oshawa What you must have: 5+ years of Supplier Quality Engineering experience in the automotive industry Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis Experience with supplier audits and process validation Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or equivalent) Ability to travel within the region as required Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
