Job Description
This pioneering role is crucial to the introduction of innovative cooling systems for data centers. Tasked with transforming prototype designs into consistent, small-scale production, this position involves close collaboration with the Plant Manager and serves as the primary engineering support. You will work with customers, suppliers, and the entire manufacturing team to ensure successful implementation. Additionally, this opportunity provides a clear path for career growth towards an Operations Manager role. The ideal candidate will bolster our team by enhancing our Cold Plates production processes tailored for sophisticated electronics and cooling applications. Proficiency in aluminum processing techniques such as extrusion, welding, brazing, tube bending, CNC machining, and pressing is preferred.
