Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 4+ years of experience in packaging, new product development, and product design. 1+ year of medical device industry experience. Experience with packaging design and development. Experience supporting new product development programs. Knowledge of medical device design controls. Experience creating and maintaining packaging design documentation. Preferred Skills Experience developing packaging for regulated medical device products. Experience supporting packaging verification and validation activities. Experience with design history file documentation. Experience with packaging specifications, drawings, and change control. Experience supporting cross-functional NPD activities in a regulated environment. Job Responsibilities Develop packaging designs for new and existing medical device products. Support packaging activities throughout the new product development lifecycle. Create and revise packaging specifications and design documentation. Apply design control requirements to packaging development activities. Support packaging design reviews. Participate in packaging verification and validation activities. Maintain packaging documentation within applicable quality systems. Support design changes and packaging updates through controlled change processes. Provide packaging engineering support for new product introductions.\
Pay:
