Adecco Permanent Recruitment is working with a manufacturing company located just outside of Sikeston, MO, to recruit and hire a full-time Process Engineer. The Process Engineer will support manufacturing operations by improving production processes, efficiency, quality, and capacity.

Responsibilities include:

Monitor production processes and analyze performance data Identify and resolve process issues and product deviations Drive improvements in productivity, waste reduction, and process efficiency Conduct time studies and capacity analyses Develop and update work instructions, process documentation, and specifications Create production metrics and dashboards Partner with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams on process improvements Support implementation of process changes and employee training

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field 3+ years of engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing Our client offers Base salary in the $75-80K range depending upon skills and experience Comprehensive benefits package that includes health/dental/vision, 401k with company match, PTO, and more Excellent work-life balance Career advancement opportunities with a growing, successful manufacturer
