If you're a quality-minded professional who enjoys building strong supplier relationships, investigating problems, and improving processes, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality and supplier performance in a regulated manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Evaluate, qualify, and monitor suppliers to ensure quality and performance expectations are met Perform supplier audits and assessments and follow up on identified issues Investigate supplier quality concerns and manage corrective actions, including SCARs Review drawings, Bills of Materials, specifications, and inspection requirements for product compliance Participate in supplier selection, qualification, and development activities Partner with suppliers and internal teams to identify opportunities for quality and process improvements Lead and support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and problem-solving efforts What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience Experience in manufacturing, supplier quality, or a quality-focused environment Familiarity with quality management systems and standards, including
