Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing production processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards across our facilitie. Your expertise will help streamline operations, reduce waste, and implement innovative engineering solutions that support our manufacturing excellence. Responsibilities Analyze manufacturing processes using engineering data analysis tools to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Reduce waste in production processes by devising efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information and energy to minimize cost. Conduct time motion studies and continuously update process specifications. Set operational specifications of process lines and machinery. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of process upgrades and equipment installations. Conduct root cause analysis on production issues, troubleshooting engineering problems related to automation, tooling, or equipment failures. Design and modify schematics, CAD drawings (using AutoCAD), and control system diagrams for industrial automation projects. Lead process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including other engineers, production specialists, and quality assurance to develop innovative solutions. Experience Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role within a factory or manufacturing facility environment. Demonstrated project management experience in manufacturing settings with a focus on process engineering and factory optimization. Strong background in manufacturing engineering principles such as lean management, Six Sigma manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement strategies. Hands-on experience with CAD software, robot programming, and industrial equipment integration. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in assembly line setup or robotics integration for automation projects. Ability to analyze data and prepare reports. Education BS Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Process, Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering.
