About the Role We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our fast-moving experiential team. This role is ideal for someone who can independently own projects and production workstreams from kickoff through final reconciliation, while working collaboratively across internal teams, client, and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly accountable, proactive, and comfortable making decisions and moving projects forward with limited day-to-day oversight. They should be equally comfortable managing budgets and schedules, leading vendors and onsite teams, communicating directly with clients and understanding when to independently solve a problem and when to escalate.Key Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
Independently lead assigned experiential projects and production workstreams from kickoff through onsite execution and final closeout Own production schedules, budgets, scopes, staffing plans, logistics, vendor deliverables, and critical project milestones Build and actively manage production budgets, track actuals and commitments, and proactively flag scope changes, risks, and potential overages Serve as a trusted production partner to clients, leading production conversations, communicating clearly, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle Source, negotiate with, and manage fabricators, venues, technical partners, show services, and other production vendors Hold vendors and partners accountable for scope, budget, quality, deadlines, and deliverables Partner cross-functionally with Account, Creative, and other internal teams to evaluate feasibility, develop production solutions, and ensure approved creative is executed accurately Develop and maintain clear production documentation, including schedules, budgets, scopes, run-of-show documents, vendor briefs, staffing plans, and onsite plans Identify production risks and dependencies early, develop solutions, and escalate issues appropriately before they impact budget, schedule, client expectations, or execution Lead load-ins, rehearsals, show days, and strikes while directing vendors, freelancers, and onsite production teams Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong organization, communication, and attention to detail Own project closeout, including final invoices, budget reconciliation, vendor documentation, and post-event learningsKey Attributes Ownership-minded:
