Job Description Insight Global is seeking an MRB Operations Lead to support a leading aerospace manufacturing client. This individual will oversee daily MRB workflow execution, backlog prioritization, and coordination between support and authority engineers. This role serves as a key liaison between Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to maintain throughput, reduce cycle times, and ensure consistent execution across multiple shifts. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field ABET accredited
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or production support
• Experience within an aerospace manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of MRB and non-conformance workflows
• U.S. Person eligible to complete Boeing PI Training
• Previous Boeing experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
