Logistic Planning Spartanburg, SC 11.08.2026 Packaging Development Intern (Spring 2027) A good student experience is never hands-off. Qualifications:
The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions: Work with Packaging Planning Team. Support BMW Packaging Planners with daily activities improving and maintaining existing products in existing production areas, as well as assist with analysis of packaging concepts/options for future models. Support in analysis of existing packaging (steel and non-steel) for optimizations to reduce environmental impact, logistics costs, or for communizing across multiple product lines. General support for Packaging Planners on modifications, identification projects and modification of existing packaging. Moderation of Packaging Planning Meetings, including team meetings and packaging reviews for new/modified containers Q ualifications: Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics Students. SAP knowledge preferred. German and/or Spanish language skills preferred. Logistics knowledge preferred. Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major) Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States. Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application. Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week). Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.

Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
