Job Description

Seeking a Process Engineer in Rockwall, Texas for a global provider of industrial lubrication solutions. The Process Engineer analyzes manufacturing processes and process data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality, and leads initiatives to optimize processes and workflows. This role partners with Quality Assurance and cross-functional teams to implement best practices, drives capital projects, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze current manufacturing processes and process data to identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and workflows, driving continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and industry standards Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure processes meet or exceed product quality specifications, and develop and implement quality control procedures Identify, develop, and lead capital projects based on business needs and improvement opportunities, and manage associated contractors Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and identify and address potential safety hazards Conduct cost analyses related to process changes and identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining or improving product quality Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, changes, and improvements Provide training and support to production teams on new processes and changes Collaborate with operators and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues Evaluate and implement initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of manufacturing processes Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Project management experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with process simulation tools and statistical analysis methods Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards
Preferred Qualifications:
1-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer within an industrial or manufacturing environment 2D AutoCAD experience
Pay:
$92,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
