The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective production. This role supports day-to-day production, drives continuous improvement, and ensures successful execution of new product launches. The position requires strong technical problem solving, hands-on engagement with production, and a commitment to Autoliv's safety-first culture.   • 2-5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering Experience supporting high-volume production environments Hands-on shop floor experience troubleshooting processes Exposure to: o Root cause problem solving (8D, 5 Why) o SPC and process capability analysis o Lean / continuous improvement initiatives
Prefered:
Automotive or regulated manufacturing experience
APQP / PPAP
exposure Experience with automated assembly equipment Willingness to work in a production environment (shop floor presence required) Ability to support off-shift production issues as needed Occasional extended hours during launches or critical issues Ability to travel (limited) for training or equipment support if required.
