  • At ProAmpac, you won't be doing busy work. As a
  • Continuous Improvement Intern
  • in our Seattle facility, you'll take on real projects that impact cost, efficiency, and performance across the plant. You'll step into a fast-paced environment where you'll
  • solve problems, analyze data, and see your ideas turn into real results
  • —all while working alongside engineering and operations leaders. If you naturally think _"there's a better way to do this"_ —you'll fit right in.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Work on real projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive cost savings + Help optimize processes and identify smarter ways of working + Turn ideas into action through quick wins and improvement initiatives + Track project progress, timelines, and results + Use tools like 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, and time studies + Analyze data and help teams make better decisions + Collaborate with engineering, operations, and plant teams •What We're Looking For•+ Self-starter who takes initiative and stays organized + Strong communicator who's comfortable speaking up + Interested in problem-solving and working with data + Able to collaborate across teams in a hands-on environment + Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word •Bonus Points If You•+ Are pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field + Have exposure to process improvement, Lean, or data analysis •What You Get•+ $20-$25/hour (based on experience) + Real, resume-worthy experience with measurable impact + Exposure to large-scale manufacturing operations Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
