As we grow, we're seeking a motivated Outside Sales & Field Inspector to meet homeowners, perform inspections, and close service agreements. Key Responsibilities On‑site inspections — Visit customer homes to inspect crawl spaces, attics, and structural areas for moisture issues, insulation needs, pest activity, and damage. Estimate creation — Build detailed service proposals based on inspection findings. Customer consultations — Educate homeowners on issues found, recommended solutions, and service options. Sales presentations — Present quotes, answer questions, and close sales for pest control, insulation, and crawl space restoration services. Lead follow‑up — Follow up with warm leads, and maintain communication throughout the sales cycle. Documentation & reporting — Capture photos, notes, and measurements during inspections and upload them to the CRM. Collaboration with field crews — Coordinate with technicians and project managers to ensure accurate job handoffs. Upselling & cross‑selling — Recommend additional services that improve customer outcomes. What This Role Looks Like This is a hands‑on, field‑based sales role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, diagnosing home issues, and offering solutions. You'll receive training on pest control, insulation, and crawl space systems. As we expand, you'll have opportunities to grow into senior sales, estimator, or project management roles. Basic Qualifications Experience in sales , home services , construction , or inspections preferred. Strong communication and customer‑service skills. Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas. Comfortable presenting estimates and closing deals. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Experience with hand tools, moisture meters, or inspection equipment is a plus. Compensation & Benefits $18
- 21 per hour depending on experience. 8
- 10% commissions on closed sales.
